Stop prompting. Start building systems that work.
Take challenge from your own work and design AI agents that reduce friction, improve quality and build systems for the next era of work. Move beyond experimentation and into application.
THE CHALLENGE
The real challenge isn't adoption, it's leverage.
Right now, most AI adoption is shallow. Teams are chasing tools instead of truly understanding and redesigning workflows. People are generating content faster, but without improving the systems underneath the work itself. The result is a lot of noise but little real leverage.
Organizations are overwhelmed by possibilities but struggle to create lasting value. Employees experiment in isolation. Leaders invest in platforms without understanding where meaningful transformation actually happens.
At the same time, the nature of work is changing fast. Repetitive execution is becoming automated. Coordination, judgement, orchestration, and systems thinking are becoming the new human edge.
WHO IS IT FOR

Professionals who are ready to move beyond AI experimentation and start designing practical AI-enabled workflows, assistants, and agents for real work.

What our participants say
Discover what our former participants say about their experience.
"I found the course to be highly experiential. I enjoyed the design of the journey, which was emotional and built on deep connections. It exceeded my expectations in every way, particularly as I didn’t know much about Hyper Island prior to joining. My experience helped to ‘validate’ the course/product for me and I was positively surprised."
Domenico Dargenio
Consultant at Dardo Consulting
"Before taking the course I had been interested in the subject and studied bits and pieces here and there, so it was luxurious to be able to just enjoy the ride and suck in all the information. Most of what I learned I use at work daily. The course was an awesome experience for me."
Nina Enroth
Account Director and Change Consultant at Ellun Kanat
"Each chapter of the course was crafted in a very purposeful way. Going into this with a growth mindset was key because it allowed me to be totally open to new ideas and approaches. Regardless of how much experience another course member had, there seemed to always be something to learn from each other."
