  • Group Dynamics Intro.
  • Introduction to IMGD.
  • Co-create a rich picture of what each stage is about, based on a case.
  • Where are you and where is your team? 
Session 3 - What’s The Situation? expand_more expand_less
  • Intro to situational leadership.
  • Case work: How would you design, plan a 3h meet up with the team, based on a case (use toolbox as reference).
  • Feedback Intro.
  • Disarming feedback through the ACE framework. 
  • Practicing feedback in triads on the group case work.

He has a breadth of experience from London and Washington DC in public affairs, business development and various NGOs which guide his approach to designing values-led, presence-centred and purpose-driven learning experiences.

Pär Hellstadius

As a leader, process designer and facilitator at Hyper Island, Pär has extensive experience of leading and supporting change initiatives in international companies. After 15 years in various HR roles, Pär also has a very good understanding of the challenges that managers face today and what managerial- and leadership capabilities that needs to be cultivated to successfully meet those challenges.
