  • Creating psychological safety - establishing the group rules and norms.
  • Strengthen the relationship within the team as a launchpad for change. 
  • The importance of going through the how we do things, not only what needs to be done.
  • We are all human beings - understanding human needs using and what facilitators need to be mindful of when working with individuals.
  • Teambuilding for successful collaboration - start working in pairs. 
  • Design your own session using Process Design model.
Day 2 - Practice (and it doesn’t make it perfect) expand_more expand_less
  • Well of knowledge - the importance of reflection and landing the learnings from day 1.
  • Understanding feedback - how to give and receive feedback.
  • Hands on practice and learning - facilitate your own sessions.
  • The smartest person in the room is the room - learning from each other.
  • Debrief the experience, ask questions.

  • Land the experience of the previous day using more theory.
  • What’s your red thread from the course? 
  • What’s in your Toolbox that you’re taking away?
  • Design another session being mindful of all the knowledge and feedback you’ve gotten now.

Creating Psychological Safety to harness the group’s collective intelligence

Discover the secrets to building a safe space within teams, fostering psychological safety. Participants will learn techniques to create an environment where team members feel secure to express ideas, take risks, and contribute openly with that tapping into the collective wisdom of a team, promoting innovation and effective problem-solving.
