THE CHALLENGE
AI capability already exists across organisations, but gaps in leadership clarity can create blind spots and slow responsible transformation. In Gibraltar, these challenges are amplified by economic pressure, scrutiny, and limited room for fragmented approaches.
Numero Partners and the Government of Gibraltar brought together leaders from government, regulation and industry to build a shared understanding of AI, balancing competitiveness, jobs and trust.
The programme focused on AI value, transformation vs. adoption, real-world examples, and practical leadership tools that could be applied immediately.
THE APPROACH
Over six years, Hyper Island and TUI have partnered on leadership, innovation and collaboration programmes grounded in real business challenges.
The partnership also supported team development and innovation across departments, including practical leadership masterclasses during the pandemic to help leaders navigate uncertainty.
RESULTS & IMPACT
The programme combined AI insights, strategic foresight and practical leadership through sessions on emerging AI capabilities, signals and trends, strategic tensions, scenario planning, and actionable commitments. A cross-industry fireside chat added practical perspectives from law, telecoms and technology.
