Innovation Hubs for Tech, Art, and Business

The TAB (Tech, Art, and Business) project is an ambitious initiative that fosters cross-border collaboration and innovation between the tech and creative sectors in the South Baltic Region. By establishing dynamic innovation hubs, the project connects smaller regions to larger European cities like Vilnius, Berlin, and Milan, creating opportunities for growth and digital transformation. TAB focuses on empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and creative professionals by providing tools, networks, and knowledge to develop innovative digital cultural experiences. The project strengthens regional competitiveness while promoting sustainable and inclusive practices.

Upskilling Courses for creative and tech professionals

Hyper Island designs and delivers upskilling courses that integrate both hard and soft skills, creating a collaborative space where creative and tech professionals can innovate together. Rooted in design thinking and experiential learning, these hands-on courses cover essential topics such as leadership, collaboration, communication, pitching, feedback, and reflection, alongside cutting-edge knowledge in AR, XR, and intellectual property rights. Each course is an intensive 3–4-day experience, held fully onsite in inspiring locations such as Cannes, Karlskrona, Vilnius, and Berlin, providing participants with an immersive and transformative learning environment.
