Sabryna is an industrial engineer graduated from EC Lyon, one of the most prestigious schools in France, Sabryna has 18 years of experience in FMCG companies like Nestlé and Beiersdorf. She has lived and worked in France, Germany, Brazil, and Chile. In the last years, Sabryna has designed and facilitated learning journeys around leadership, innovation, or customer experience for companies like Bayer, BASF, American Express, IBM, Kraft Heinz, Avon, etc.

PhD in Anthropology from the University of Sheffield, he is an experienced consultant, speaker, and facilitator specializing in Leadership, Innovation, Future Foresight, Digital Transformation, and Consumer Anthropology. With a strong background in leading projects across Latin America, Europe, and the U.S., he is also a researcher and university professor in UX, Behavioral Economics, Media, and Sociology. Currently serves as North America Director at Hyper Island and Head of Content and Learning Design. He leads projects with global organizations like UNICEF, Meta, IBM, and EY, and designs courses such as Future Foresight and Future Leadership at Hyper Island.

Anastasija is a vibrant facilitator and learning program producer at Hyper Island, she thrives in engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders from varied backgrounds embodying a hands-on approach to the facilitation process and design. With a keen interest and experience in the Wind Power industry, showcasing her versatile expertise, she blends her analytical and creative skills beyond her facilitator role, as she is also an adept Project Manager.

Iñaki Escudero

Iñaki is a behavioral psychologist turned educator. He worked for 18 years in advertising, and has helped many brands develop a more creative approach to their communications. He takes his audience and learners through insightful (and challenging) new perspectives on how today’s brand landscape has changed, exploring the behaviors, expectations and values of customers. Before settling in Austin, Texas, Iñaki and his family were digital nomads for 3 years exploring the future of work, education and living. He is also a writer and curator supporting both alumni and leading organizations around the world.

Our online courses consist of weekly live sessions and some independent work in between to help reinforce your learning and connect with instructors and peers.

Do I need to attend live sessions? add remove
We strongly recommend it! The live sessions are where you’ll engage in discussions, ask questions, and apply what you’ve learned. Recordings are available if you can’t make it.
How much time should I set aside each week? add remove

Plan for 3–5 hours per week, including one live session, readings, and hands-on exercises. You’ll find the exact schedule in the course syllabus.

We use Google Meet for our live sessions and provide all course materials via email or a shared learning space.
