Creative teams don’t need another AI tool, they need AI leadership.

This course helps creative and brand leaders move beyond experimentation to more reliable, repeatable outcomes. You’ll learn how to set clear directions for when and where to apply AI, connect it to relevant workflows, and raise the creative bar while leveraging systems that protect both brand and craft. Across the journey you’ll design assistants and prompts tailored to your team’s work, then embed them with guardrails so quality and creative integrity go up. From Strategy to Assistant: Foundation & First Build expand_more expand_less
  • Scene-setting & perspectives to surface systemic tensions and individual goals.
  • Translating Strategy to Tasks. Translate work (for example concept → storyboard, or social listening → brand amplification) into AI-ready tasks.
  • Build an v1 Assistant. Hands-on, step-by-step guidance to create a role-relevant assistant by following our AI assistant canvas.
  • Quality loops. Build flows with prompt templates, and decide where to include human “taste checks”.
From Guardrails to Growth: Scaling that works expand_more expand_less
  • Brand safety starter-pack. Decrease the risk of “AI slop” by developing an AI-friendly Brand Instruction.
  • Build an v2 Assistant. Implement guardrails and turn policies into practice. Test your assistant by “breaking” rules with edge prompts.
  • Change that sticks. Design rituals that address the specific shifts needed in your team or organization.

No, our short courses are not government funded or CSN-approved. They’re offered independently and are not part of Sweden’s state-subsidized education system. However, many participants have their fees covered by their employers, and we can provide an invoice or supporting documentation to make that process easier.
