Module 1 - Making sense of Facilitation expand_more expand_less
  • Creating psychological safety - establishing the group rules and norms.
  • Strengthen the relationship within the team as a launchpad for change. 
  • The importance of going through the how we do things, not only what needs to be done.
  • We are all human beings - understanding human needs using and what facilitators need to be mindful of when working with individuals.
  • Teambuilding for successful collaboration - start working in pairs. 
  • Design your own session using Process Design model.
Module 2 - Practice (and it doesn’t make it perfect) expand_more expand_less
  • Well of knowledge - the importance of reflection and landing the learnings from day 1.
  • Understanding feedback - how to give and receive feedback.
  • Hands on practice and learning - facilitate your own sessions.
  • The smartest person in the room is the room - learning from each other.

Her key focus is to enable professionals through personal development, self-awareness training and behavioral analysis, and she specializes in linking individual needs to the profitability needs of an organization.
