Johan Eriksson
Johan is a senior leadership facilitator with over a decade of experience designing and leading transformative learning experiences. He blends creative production, coaching, and deep facilitation expertise to help leaders and teams shift mindsets and drive meaningful change. He has delivered high‑impact masterclasses and long‑form programmes for organisations such as Atlassian, H&M, and Accenture, and previously led a startup accelerator in Rwanda as well as international leadership programmes across Europe.
