What is facilitation: Demystifying the role of the facilitator.


Facilitation pre-work: Exploring the conditions/set up/preparations for a well facilitated online or on-site session through application of specific tools.

Session 2: Workshop Design & Facilitation in Practice expand_more expand_less

Workshop design: Building on facilitation pre-work by introducing tools for the workshop design to create a complete picture of facilitator role from start to finish.


Facilitation in practice: Unpacking the content and process part of a facilitated session by hands on exercises and harvesting tips and tricks.
