For those applying from Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Finland and the Faroe Islands, you should contact your local education support provider.
Below is the list of documents required to apply for Hyper Island Upskill courses.
1. CV in English
2. Proof of your highest earned education (High School, Bachelor, or Master's Degree.)
3. Proof of 2 years of relevant working experience (The proof can be agreements,
recommendation letters, your first and last payslips, etc.)
4. Upskill Application Task: Make a 1-minute video related to the Application Task brief
5. Have basic knowledge of the Swedish language, or any of the other Scandinavian languages (Danish, Faroese, Icelandic or Norwegian), please refer to Tab 1 'Check if you are eligible for Government-funded seats' to see what we accept as a proof.
Please ensure that your full name is clearly visible on all documents you're submitting in your application. Please note that we do not accept any applications past the deadline.
What if I do not fulfil the standard entry requirements?
You are welcome to apply even if you don't fulfil our standard entry requirements, you can still be admitted through our Dispensary seat rule.

1. What aspects of your current or past job have you felt most passionate about, and how will this course enhance that passion?
2. Can you describe a time when you had to quickly adapt to a new technology or process at work?
EVALUATION OF APPLICATION TASK VIDEO
Basics | 2 points: Submitting a task in English.
Communication | 2 points: Communicating the idea in a clear way & showed abilities to ‘catch the viewer’.
Presentation | 2 points: Interesting presentation with a clear ending.
Reflection | 2 points: Providing in depth reflection and clearly demonstrating learning and personal growth.
Outlook | 2 points: Being able to reflect on the learnings and envisioning the future.
Please note that if you are applying to multiple Upskill courses, you have the option to include your answers in one video or submit a separate video for each course you are applying to.
You can expect to hear the admissions results about a month before the Upskill course start date.
If you don't qualify for a Swedish Government-funded seat, you are welcome to apply as a fee-paying student. There is no need to submit any proof of proficiency in Nordic languages.
