Artistic Exploration for the Development of Soft and Digital Skills

The ARTSKILLS project explores the intersection of art, digital technology, and education to develop soft and digital skills among adults. By leveraging cultural heritage and creative exploration, the project fosters social inclusion, lifelong learning, and innovative educational methodologies.

Innovating Learning Through Art, Digital Tools, and Interactive Experiences

ARTSKILLS will design and implement unique learning experiences, combining artistic analysis, digital tools, and interactive workshops. A key feature of the project is the development of six art-based teaching modules that promote creativity, communication, and digital literacy through hands-on, engaging methods. The project will also create a digital learning platform, featuring interactive resources and QR-coded artworks linked to skill-building activities.

Beyond structured learning, community engagement plays a crucial role in ARTSKILLS. Cultural events will be hosted in each partner country to connect local communities, promote inclusion, and encourage lifelong learning. Through a combination of research, practical training, and digital education, ARTSKILLS offers a replicable model for skill development that can be used beyond the project’s duration.

Hyper Island’s role in ARTSKILLS

Throughout its 36-month duration, ARTSKILLS will engage educators, adult learners, and industry professionals across Sweden, Italy, and Romania, creating a lasting impact on arts-based skill development.

Hyper Island contributes to ARTSKILLS by leading the project's communication strategy, developing educational content, and driving community engagement. As part of the research and development efforts, Hyper Island explores how art enhances soft and digital skills, shaping teaching modules and interactive learning resources. It also supports the testing and evaluation of training programs, ensuring effective learning outcomes. To amplify the project’s reach, Hyper Island hosts a large-scale public event in Sweden and plays a key role in dissemination, sustainability, and outreach, ensuring the project’s impact extends beyond its duration. Through its hands-on learning approach, Hyper Island ensures that ARTSKILLS delivers engaging and transformative educational experiences.
