  • Introduction to Design Thinking: what it is and how you can facilitate innovation processes to ‘prepare for the unknown’.
  • Explore useful principles for practising design thinking, “the designer’s mindset” and switching between creating choices and making decisions.
  • Understand how different behaviors and mindsets help and hinder innovation processes, embracing a growth mindset.
Day 2 - Design Sprint in Action expand_more expand_less
  • Strengthen competence by putting ‘Day 1’ into action.
  • Explore frameworks, methods and tools to use while participating in a design sprint.
  • Reflect and share your learnings and insights, your struggles and successes.
  • What is needed to facilitate a Design Sprint.

  • Learnings from the field: How the Experts use Design Thinking today.
  • Present your design session, get feedback and input on your design, and iterate.
  • Define concrete next steps to implement the design back in your context.
  • Solution-oriented team reflection — in smaller groups share your learnings.
