Programme Overview
A programme that takes you deep into the core competencies needed to become a well-equipped leader for tomorrow.
The programme is expertly designed to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours and provide a safe environment that enables exploration and experience-based learning. Built specifically to allow learners to immediately transfer learning to their job role, bolstering leadership skills and qualities.
The content and activities are structured to encourage consistent development throughout. Starting with developing their understanding of what type of leader they want to become and how to support others in their team and how to work efficiently and effectively towards a collective goal. Extended further to stretch their understanding by working cross functionally and with external stakeholders.
Managing time, projects and budgets effectively are developed and supported within the practical nature of our campus days. The programme culminates in a module which puts their learning to the test! Leading strategy and influencing change within your organisation will give learners the opportunity to really put their leadership skills to the test.
Our modules are facilitated through real world challenges, industry leaders and expert guest speakers, enhancing the learning experience like no other.
